Young Adults Events
Student Services
- NHS Tutorials - Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5 p.m. held at library meeting room. The Texas City High School's National Honor Society host tutorials throughout the school year on Wednesday evenings for children grades K-8. Registration forms are available at the library reference desk. Forms must be turned in to the child's Texas City ISD school. Tutorials will be closed during school holidays.
- Reference Assistance - Students needing assistance in locating research materials such as newspaper articles, biographies and more can get assistance at the reference desk. Staff is on hand to help locate sources for information.
- Computer Workstations - Moore Library has computer workstations to accommodate people of all ages. Children under 12 must use computers in the children's department by showing a photo ID or library card. Youth ages 12+ can use the teen computers in the reference department by showing a photo ID or library card. To view computer policies, click here.
