Review My Account

  1. Enter your user ID (Library card number on the back): pmml0000XXXXXC and your PIN (birthdate): 11241945
  2. Click on "Display User Information".
  3. It will then lists the items you have checked out along with the due date, and the amount you owe if any.

User PIN Change

  1. Enter your user ID (Library card number on the back): pmml0000XXXXXC and your PIN (birthdate): 11241945
  2. Click on "Display User Information".
  3. Enter your new PIN twice.
  4. Click "Change PIN".

Renew My Materials

  1. Enter your user ID (Library card number on the back): pmml0000XXXXXC and your PIN (birthdate): 11241945
  2. Click on "Display User Information" .
  3. Click "List Charged Items" .
  4. Select your items by checking the boxes or click on "Renew All".
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Renew Selected Items". (Items will not be renewed if the item is on hold for someone or if the account is blocked.)

Change My Address

  1. Enter your new address, city, state, zip, or phone.
  2. Enter your user ID (Library card number on the back): pmml0000XXXXXC
  3. Click "Send".

  1. Type in Da Vinci Code
  2. Click on the arrow words and phrases and select "title".
  3. Click search.
By author: How to find an author's works?
  1. Type in King, Stephen.
  2. Click on the arrow words and phrases and select "author".
  3. Click search.
By subject: How to find a biography of a famous person?
  1. Type in Cosby, Bill.
  2. Click on the arrow words and phrases and select "subject".
  3. Click search.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Question: How to place a Hold?
    Answer: Search the title and then click on "place hold".
    Then enter your user ID and pin (birthdate - i.e. 11241945)
    Click "Place Hold".

  2. Question: How to determine if the book is available or not?
    Answer: Scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see holdings. Under location, it will indicated the " Material has been checked/charged out" if is unavailable, otherwise, it will indicate "Shelves", "New book", "Reference", "Childrens", and etc.

  3. Question: How to located the item?
    Answer: Scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see holdings. You will need the "call number " and "the location". For example,
    Call number Copies Material Location
    J MYS DIXON 1 Book Children's Department

    This means it is located in the Children's Department, and you will need to jot down the call number "J MYS DIXON".

  4. Question: What is Power Search?
    Answer: Power Search is an advanced search where you can limit your search, for example, by locating all DVDs in our collection.

  5. Question: What is my PIN number?
    Answer: By default, your PIN is your birthdate ( i.e. 11241945) To change your PIN, click here .

  6. Question: What is my UserID?
    Answer: Your UserID is your barcode number located on the back of your library card. (i.e. pmml0000XXXXXC)
